最近のレッスン風景、撮りためた写真をまとめてお届けします☆
まずは前回のブログの続き、参観日レッスンの様子から。
キッズクラスの集合写真！
13人中3人お休みでしたが、普段バラバラの皆が初めて集まりました。
キッズクラス、普段のレッスンも賑やかにがんばっています。
いつも写真を撮りそびれてしまうジュニアとシニアクラス…今回も1枚ずつしか撮れませんでした。
レッスン前の背筋！
自習に励むシニアのみんな。
いつも真剣、でも和やかな火曜日の朝クラス。
最近はマスターストレッチを受けてくださる方が増えてきて、いろいろな方を見させていただいています(^ ^)
先月末、赤ちゃんと共にいらしてくれたダンサーの方。産前産後のバランスの乱れを整えるお手伝いをさせていただきました！
こちらはバレリーナを目指す他教室の生徒さん。足のラインの改善、体の使い方をより深く学びたいと数ヶ月前から定期的に来てくれています。
自身のお教室のレッスンが毎日あるので、朝のクラスが始まる前に朝練のように通ってくれている彼女。がんばっている人は応援したくなりますね！
最近のレッスンを通して思うこと。
バレエは反復練習をひたすらに、それはもう気の遠くなるくらい繰り返してようやく、理想の形にやっと僅かに近づけるもの。
ただ、その反復練習も、何を感じて何を考えてやるかによって同じ回数をこなしても、その結果は全く変わってきます。
情報も物も簡単に手に入る現代に、簡単には手に入らないからこそ尊く、だからこそ美しいと人は思い心動かされるのだと思います。
バレエって本当に素敵ですね。

美は一夜にして成らず
その場の”楽しい”ではなくて、乗り越えた先の”喜び”を、Plaisirの一人一人が自分の手で掴んで欲しいと願っています。

Can I just say what a relief to uncover somebody that really knows what they're discussing over the internet. You definitely understand how to bring a problem to light and make it important. Write more, thats all I have to say. Literally, it seems as though you relied on the video to make your point. You clearly know what youre talking about, why waste your intelligence on just posting videos to your weblog when you could be giving us something informative to read?
